When our research indicates they are full time, local, reputable, experts that produce results; then we refer our customers to them and their firm. We assist our friends, family and past customers in finding a great local agent who is results oriented. We generate great buyer and seller leads to savvy agents.

This is a free service to our customers. We will be compensated, but not from the customer. We will be compensated from the real estate brokerage firm that closes a transaction with a customer we have referred to them.
We refer to agents that have ability and knowledge in our customer’s area of need. If the customer is doing a 1031 tax free exchange then we send them to an agent that understands the customer’s needs in the transaction. If the customer wants to buy a commercial building then we would refer them to a commercial agent in the local area. Our referral agents send good leads to full-time agents.
Agents licensed with SELECT Real Estate Agency can work full-time, part-time or no time. They can work on vacation, work at work, work at school, work at home, or choose not to work it at all. An unlimited earning potential is here. You the referral agent will determine your own activity level.
We enable our referral agents to make unlimited income on a part time basis without having all the overhead associated with a traditional brokerage.
Agents that are licensed with SELECT Real Estate Agency will not prepare market analysis, listing presentations or listing contracts. Our agents do not show properties to prospective buyers, complete contracts, negotiate on behalf of clients, or attend closings. Agents with SELECT need not interact with appraisers, mortgage companies, title companies, home inspectors, planning and zoning departments, 1031 exchange companies, municipalities and the like. Our agents do not need to install signs, take pictures or virtual tours, make flyers, or do floor time. Select agents don’t pay desk fees’, or pay MLS fees’, or pay for membership in Realtor organizations. Yet they earn referral income.
In most traditional residential real estate brokerages, an agent, upon joining the brokerage, would have to join the local board of Realtors, the State Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors and have membership in the MLS (Multiple Listing Service). SELECT agents will not have these expenses or memberships.
